The Happiness Index in USA indicates that only 1 in 3 Americans are happy, which conveys that around 67% of the population are unhappy. There are major reasons for people being Happy or Unhappy, it could be the economic conditions, rising debts, stress of your children, redundancy of your skills, lack of confidence... But Harris Poll proved that there is a very high correlation between the Economic Conditions and the Happiness level of the population.
Since human evolution, we have been learning to see everything in three simple forms – the past, the present and the future. As a result, entrepreneurs often envision the future as the place where goals and desires are stored – from the level of salary we wish to attain and the kind of businesses we want to earn and have, to our dream mansion and the super-cars we wish to drive.
While it’s great to be ambitious and bold, it’s also dysfunctional to postpone your happiness.

Our emotions can change at any point in time which can surely alter our decisions, make us procrastinate and make us keep postponing our goals... Therefore not starting as from day one can definitely get us to end up with a goal which remains a dream for the rest of our lives.
Being presently happy is the answer towards unleashing your inner potential, making your brain 31% more effective, increasing your chance of success and lastly, it impacts people around you and make them happy too.
